Nice to meet you. I recently moved to Las Vegas and am looking for a place to teach my daughter and son lessons in Japanese. Please let me know if you know of any places where my children can learn piano, ballet, swimming, soccer, etc. in Japanese. I would prefer a place where they can learn in person, not online. まだ定かではないですが、ニュースで新たなコロナの追加支援が採決されたという記事をみたので、私の理解した範囲だけでも共有できればと思い、投稿しました。間違っているかもなのでその点ご理解ください。また、採決されたけれどもまだトランプ大統領が署名していないのと内容は変更になる可能性があるみたいなので、その点もご注意ください

・追加のStimulus Checkの給付（前回より額が減って大人1人$600.00みたいです。）
・追加の失業保険上乗せ（こちも前回より額が減って週$300.00の上乗せみたいです。）
・追加のPaycheck Protection Program（PPP）（詳細以下に書きます。）
・その他、家賃が支払えない人の立ち退きの延長や家賃援助も組み込まれてるみたいです。

追加のPaycheck Protection Program（PPP）については、1回目のPPPを申請できなかった企業や1回目にPPPを受取って使い果たし、さらなるPPPが必要な企業などが申請できるようです。基本的なルールや返済免除のルールは1回目のPPPと変わらないようですが、一部ホテル業などのホスピタリティ業については申請できる額が増えたり、一部変わっているところもありそうです。また、2度目の申請ができる条件として、従業員が300人以下でかつ売上が前年比25%以上減っている企業に限定されてるみたいです。

その他、EIDL Grantで1万ドルを受取りかつPPPローンも受け取った企業はもともとのルールだと1万ドルをPPPの返済免除手続きの際に返済しないといけなかったですが、どうもこのルールも変更になるみたいです。

あとはPPPローンを使い支払った経費をTax Returnの際に経費として計上できるようになったということも書いてありました。

恐らく来年1月頭には最終的なルールが決定されて、SBAのサイトなどでも情報が公開されると思いますが、先着順は変わらないと思うので、PPPローンが必要な方、ぜひ早めに準備してください。あとはCPAや弁護士の方が詳しい情報を持っていると思うので、正確な情報は各自ご確認ください。
