一軒家を賃貸に出したいと考えています。
ラスベガスの事情には詳しくありませんが、賃貸の場合は光熱費込みが通常でしょうか？
それとも光熱費は別でもらう形でよいのでしょうか。
良い管理会社などありましたら教えて頂ければ嬉しいです。

もうアメリカ国内は旅行している人が多いですよね。
リモートワークになってどこからでも仕事できるし。
ネット環境が良ければ他州の国立公園に行きたいんですが、おそらくネットない場所なので長い休みが取れるまではおあずけ。

ベガス発でＦＷＹ１５の北行きでシーダーシティあたりで横転事故を起こした場所をご存知の方教えていただけますか? あの辺をしばしば通りかかりますので一度お花を手向けたく思います。 ＦＷＹ上には何の慰安するものも無かったのです。

カジノは嫌いなんで私だけ抜け出して行ってきたValley of fire state park. 奇岩、サイコーでした。 丘の上からは春か遠くにミード湖も見えて。 それからハマってレッドロックキャニオン、ブラックマウンテンＳＰなどとベガス郊外の大自然を楽しんでおります。 あとは野生になっちゃったロバには笑っちゃいました。 ビッグホーンシープも多いです。
