・ Wifi, electricity, gas, and water are included, but if the electricity bill has increased significantly (more than 1.5 times) compared to the same month last year

・ If available, We rent on a weekly basis ($175/week).
*We will charge $175 for stays of less than a week.

*Deposit is $200. After you check out, we will return the deposit minus expenses if necessary.
*If any damage occurs, the actual cost will be charged.
*When you leave, please clean the room easily and wash the used towels with detergent at the laundry.
*Up to 2 people or 4 people per family can stay.
*If more than 2 people stay, $25 will be added per stay. （ 1 month renewal ）
*If you are not sure whether to renew or not, please let us know by half of your stay.
*For long-term contracts, please sign a half-year contract and thereafter month to month.
