・ If available, We rent on a weekly basis ($175/week).
*We will charge $175 for stays of less than a week.

*Deposit is $200. After you check out, we will return the deposit minus expenses if necessary.
*If any damage occurs, the actual cost will be charged.
*When you leave, please clean the room easily and wash the used towels with detergent at the laundry.
*Up to 2 people or 4 people per family can stay.
*If more than 2 people stay, $25 will be added per stay. （ 1 month renewal ）
*If you are not sure whether to renew or not, please let us know by half of your stay.
*For long-term contracts, please sign a half-year contract and thereafter month to month.

It is a good base for sightseeing in the U.S. as it is close to the airport as well as the Rice Vegas area.
You can visit Los Angeles, Yosemite, Death Valley, Sequoia, Zion, Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Yellowstone, Salt Lake, etc. by car.
