*Everyone Invited To Las Vegas Family Spring Fling April 19*

"Enjoy The Community Celebration 10 A.M.-2 P.M. In Floyd Lamb Park At Tule Springs"

 

     The city of Las Vegas invites the community to the free Family Spring Fling Saturday, April 19, 2025, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. in Floyd Lamb Park at Tule Springs. The park is located at 9200 Tule Springs Road. Park admission will be free between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

     Hosted by Ward 6 Councilwoman Nancy Brune and the city of Las Vegas, the festival is free and open to the public of all ages. Bring the family to enjoy a classic car show, pet parade and contest, arts and crafts fair, pet and community vendors, jump houses, food trucks, DJ music and family resource tables, along with the park and the spring weather. Pets in costume can compete for prizes!

 

     “I encourage everyone to come out to the park to enjoy the spring weather and this community celebration,” said Councilwoman Brune. “Bring your family, including your pets on a leash, and enjoy the day with neighbors and friends. Classic car owners are invited to proudly display their vehicles and compete for several prizes, and I look forward to seeing what our community vendors will offer for sale.”

Car show check-in begins at 8 a.m. and car show winners will be announced at 2 p.m., with prizes for Best in Show, Most Creative with Spring Décor, Crowd Pleaser, Little Chick Pick and Councilwoman Brune’s Favorite.

In lieu of a registration fee for car show entries or vendors, applicants are asked to bring $25 worth of dog or cat food for donation to local rescues or infant diapers/formula/wipes for donation to baby diaper banks.
