Overview
Family dissatisfaction regarding nursing care can become the spark of disputes during inheritance. In this seminar, through the introduction of case examples of disputes over inheritance, we will explain how the procedure proceeds when such disputes arise, and what facts and materials the Japanese courts focus on in making decisions. Understanding the procedural flow and the court's decision-making framework is extremely useful not only when conducting discussions with the other party to the dispute or pursuing litigation on your own, but also when gathering the necessary materials for discussions or litigation with a representative, even if you are using a representative. In addition to measures to be taken in the event of a dispute, we will also explain what preventive measures may be taken to prevent such a dispute from arising in the first place.
