We are looking for someone to take over our apartment as we are looking to move to another area.

[Apartment Location]
The apartment is managed by a company called Park Arms Apartment and is very close to the strip especially Sahara （ within walking distance ）, Westgate, Rizowa and Wynn are within 5 minutes drive.
SX bus stop right in front of the house, 7-Eleven right next door, Walgreens and McDonalds just around the corner.
A few minutes walk to Las Vegas blvd and access to buses to and from the strip.

You can also take the monorail from in front of the Sahara casino.
It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the station.

[Apartment information]
The apartment is on two floors with rooms on the ground floor. It is a community of several similar apartments.
Fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, and laundry with dryer in the kitchen area.
It is not a coin laundry, but can be used normally.
Regarding furniture, it has a bed （ with frame, queen size mat ）, floor sofa, super huge beaded cushions, large carpet, 2 desks, gaming chair,
I would like to buy these furniture for $ 300 I would like to ask for.
Total $ I bought it for over 700 and have only used it for a few months since I moved in at the end of August.
The number of days we have used it is even shorter because we have not been home for more than a month since December.
As for the sofa, it has been almost never sat on.

The apartment also has a swimming pool on site, which is often used in the summer by children living in the community.
There are many families and young couples living in the community, and the environment in the community is quite safe.

The grounds are quite large and people often walk their dogs on the grounds.

The sooner you move in, the better for us.
We are in Canada right now, so as soon as we get back to Vegas, we can show you the apartment by video or in person.
The contract is for one year after you move in.
If you want to terminate during the contract, the best option will be to find the next tenant.
