Spacious private room in a house with security gate （ with closet ）.

We are renting a room in a house in the gated community of Skye Hills, northwest of Las Vegas.
It is known as one of the safest places in Las Vegas, so it is recommended for those who prioritize safety.
The area is conveniently located near the 215 and 95 freeways for easy access by car.
Distance to the Strip is about 20 minutes by car.

Available for move-in in June.

Furnished, high speed internet （ 1Gbps), utilities included.
Shared toilet, but private shower available.
Common areas include a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, TV, game console, backyard, washer and dryer.
The kitchen is also fully equipped with a refrigerator, rice cooker, electric kettle, air fryer, and everything you need.

The community has a park and a 3 mile walking trail.

We are a family of 3 Japanese who have been homestay hosts for over 10 years. We also have a cat.
We are looking for someone with good communication skills as we are a homestay.

Rent is $ 750 per month for long term （ more than 6 months ）. Short term （ less than 6 months ） is $ 850 per month.
